At Design By Lalani, we want you to be confident in your purchase. The following policy outlines your rights and our returns process in line with EU consumer law.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email ash@designbylalani.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without original tags may not be eligible for a full refund.

Handcrafted Items

All Design By Lalani pieces are handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, print placement, or finish are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges are refunded only if the full order is returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

For customers outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Returns from outside the EU are accepted in line with this policy, but the EU right of withdrawal does not apply.
